Introducing WPCode 2.2.6 – New Snippet Shortcode Finder + Improved WooCommerce Integration

Are you struggling to keep track of where all your snippet shortcodes are being used across your WordPress site?

Here’s a thought: How many hours have you wasted browsing through pages and posts on your site, trying to find where you placed a code snippet using a shortcode?

Every minute spent searching through your site’s content is time you could be spending on growing your business. And if you need to update or modify a shortcode, not knowing where it’s used could lead to broken functionality across your site.

That’s why I’m thrilled to announce the release of WPCode 2.2.6 with our game-changing shortcode finder feature. You can now easily find out where a code snippet is being used as a shortcode. That’s not all, the new release also includes an improved conditional logic rule for WooCommerce.

Let’s dive into the details!

Quickly Find Snippets Shortcodes on Your Site

With WPCode, you can easily insert custom code snippets using shortcodes anywhere on your site.

But if you have multiple code snippets, then it can be hard to remember where you exactly added the shortcode to run the snippet.

That’s where this new addition in WPCode comes in handy.

It makes tracking your shortcodes as simple as clicking a button. No more manual searches, no more guesswork, and no more missed instances of your snippets.

You can head to any code snippet in WPCode and then scroll down to the ‘Insertion’ section. From here, you’ll find the Locations Used option under the ‘Shortcode’ tab.

Simply click the ‘Find Where This Shortcode Is Used’ button and WPCode will automatically scan your entire website to show the location of the shortcode.

Find shortcode locations

The plugin will find shortcode used across posts, pages, Full Site Editor templates, and even within other WPCode snippets.

The best part that it will also work with the ‘Custom Shortcode’ feature in WPCode Pro. It will easily find your shortcode names and show them where they’re being used on your site.

Improved Conditional Logic Rule for WooCommerce Cart

But that’s not all! We’ve also supercharged our WooCommerce integration by improving the smart conditional logic rule.

By using the ‘WooCommerce Cart’ rule, you can show the code snippet based on the products that are in the cart.

To give you more control, WPCode makes it even easier to choose products by including the different SKUs and product variations in the search. This way, your snippet will only run when that particular products are added to the cart.
